Hey everyone this is my first log so bear with me on this one. Going to run an approx 6 week bridge might cut it down to 5 kinda worried about running that 4th week of mdrol. The legarthy that sets in starting around week 3 for me is killer kinda made me skeptical of running it again in the future but here we go lol. Any input you guys have about the cycle or the diet feel free to let me know advice is welcome! :dance:

Stats: age 22 5'8" 170 pounds
6 years lifting experience
1 year serious lifting

Cycle: 30mg phera
30mg phera
45mg phera 10mg mdrol
45mg phera 20mg mdrol
20mg mdrol
20mg mdrol - possible cutting this week out
depending on sides
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Other Supps: Fish Oil
Milk Thistle
Pro Liver
Ultimate Nutrition Iso Mass
Creatine Ethyl Ester

Diet: 6am: 1 cup Frosted Mini Wheats
1 cup 2% Milk
Protein Shake w/ 1/2 cup oats
8am: Bagel
10am: Protein Shake
Turkey Sandwich on White
12pm: Chicken Breast
Fruit
1 cup cottage cheese
2pm: Tuna Sandwich on White
4pm: Pre Workout Protein Shake
Creatine
7pm: Post Workout Protein Shake
Creatine
8am: Dinner Varies
Totals not including dinner:
Cals: 3129 Protein: 280g

Work out usually goes: Monday: Chest
Tues: Bi's
Weds: Tri's
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Back and Shoulders
Changed the workout a little bit from normal needed something different so my buddies and I just pulled a work out off the net that looked decent for the next 5 weeks. Workouts usually consist of 6-7 exercises 3-4 sets 8-10 reps a piece. I'll detail it out with current weight numbers once I get rolling Monday. :woohoo:

Day 1 Chest
*note changed dosage of the p-plex after talking with a couple buddies*

No big changes today as its only the first day, however people really shouldn't let their little kids run around the gym and take up equipment was stuck at the gym an extra 45 mins kept having to wait for damn equipment

Weight 164.3 (weights down was sick for the past two weeks and couldn't eat)

Day 3 Tri

Long day had to push myself to make it into the gym today, woke up energized however (guess thats what happens after 12 hours of work). Workout went great and body weight was up today!
