which is better 4weeks of halodrol or 4weeks of sd at 10mg

i am thinking of doing halo with 3ad for 4 weeks, but after thought i might go with 4 weeks of sd at 10mg with ad. dose anyone know which is better idea. and is it tru that sd at 10 is very low sides
