Propadrol? Love it or Hate it?

    Done about as many google searches as i can think of, checked out a few logs, but still can't make up my mind about this compound so hit me with some feedback if you've used it.


  2. Didn't vote, because no choice said it was just alright.

    I just finished a cycle with it and Oxydrol Pro.

    Ran 2 bottles of the Propadrol in the 4 week cycle.

    Strength went up and only gained 3 lbs but lost 1" in my waist, which was my main target. Increased definition in my arms and shoulders.

    I'll probably try something different in my next cycle. But dor bulking I can't comment but for strength it worked well at high doseages.

    What did you run the prop at?

    90-120mg/day?

  4. yeah also curious about dosage... I could def. go for 3lbs and -1'' reduction on my waist for a non-methylated cycle

    Upped my protein intake and did no cardio other than playing sports 2 nights a week.

    Age 47
    BF% 13 and dropping

    Looking to run another cycle of something this fall, so trying to research and see what to try.
