    Well son, when you stroke your rod very fast and vigorously like a monkey, you will be fatiguing your forearm extensors as well as your medial deltoid muscles depending on your form. When you eventually climax, 20 seconds later, your PC muscle is the muscle that contracts and forces out your love mayonnaise onto the computer paper that you purposely laid down over your keyboard.

    if you use an overhand grip with thumbs pointed towards you you can hit the triceps (results may vary with the length of your sausage).

    u can hit the lats, bis, and chest as well if you use your imagination. get creative with it, use some transdermals, maybe some sandpaper......make it kinky!

    DUE TO ME BEING BORED AS ****.....heres my 2 cents in the approach on how to target different muscles in the extravagant art of masturbation!!!!


    Workout 1:
    take a nice bottle of supper glue a place liberally on hands then stroke away till warmth causes hands to still to your rod. Then pull away in quick strong burst. this will induce entropy on the shoulders and obliques mainly


    Workout 2:
    take some fine grain sandpaper and grip tightly, this in a nice slow fashion rub on package in a circulating manor and increase speed in desired manor. this will directly help build you forearms and the great brachial muscle!!!


    Workout 3: (MY FAV)

    I don't know about your gains, but I do seem to be able to push a little more weight around if I don't jerk before I go to the gym, or the night before if im going in the morning.
