I am 20 years old.I heve been working out since I was 14 with personal trainer.the thing is I cant grow or I am growing just a little.I am doing everything right,eating every two hours about 40 grams of proteins in each meal,training hard,enough sleep. my weight is 220 pounds with about 15 percent bf.I am planning to do a cycle while on ketogenic diet.it is going to be my first cycle.
1-12 test propionate 200 mg eod
1-12 deca 600 mg first two weeks then 400 mg/week
1-5 d-bol 40 mg ed
6-10- winstrol inj 50-100 mg ed
I am also going to take clen 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
1-4 25 mcg of T3
6-11 50 mcg T3
question 1. will i be able pack on muscles on ketogenic diet with this stuff and at the same time lose fat?
How can i do this cycle better?Please help me manage this cycle better and dont comment about my age
