I am 20 years old.I heve been working out since I was 14 with personal trainer.the thing is I cant grow or I am growing just a little.I am doing everything right,eating every two hours about 40 grams of proteins in each meal,training hard,enough sleep. my weight is 220 pounds with about 15 percent bf.I am planning to do a cycle while on ketogenic diet.it is going to be my first cycle.
1-12 test propionate 200 mg eod
1-12 deca 600 mg first two weeks then 400 mg/week
1-5 d-bol 40 mg ed
6-10- winstrol inj 50-100 mg ed
I am also going to take clen 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
1-4 25 mcg of T3
6-11 50 mcg T3
question 1. will i be able pack on muscles on ketogenic diet with this stuff and at the same time lose fat?
How can i do this cycle better?Please help me manage this cycle better and dont comment about my age

its too complicated for a first cycle. too much compounds.
i see you are excited and the cycle plan looks decent minus the test prop throughout but its for someone with cycles under their belt.
1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 500mg and possibly
1-4 Dbol 30mg ed
Arimidex on hand and Nolva on hand.

I was also thinking about enanthate but the problem is I dont wanna hold water .If i will be using enanthate what do i need to use against bloating ? thanks for answers

Arimidex, Aromasin, or Letrozole and low sodium diet. Water retention is mostly due to the aromatization (estrogen).

steroids arent the answer.. yet.
you're young. got plenty of natty test.
everybody thinks they have a good diet... when i've only ran across a few guys who really do. post exactly what you are eating, when you are eating, etc.
i realize you dont want diet advice, but you want to get big right? the most anabolic supplement is food!

7.00 - 250 g curd low fat with 3 dcl low fat milk and two bannanas
9.00 allmax isoflex protein 50 g with one snickers bar , i need carbohydrates
11.00 one half of chicken with rice and vegetable
14.00 curd 250 g with 3 dcl milk
16.00 200 g salmon wih rice or protein shake depends have i feel
18.00 beef jerky
21.00 protein shake 50 g
also I got my shake after training with glucose and dextrose
Curd in america is way different than in europe... 250 g is about 35-40 grams of proteins ,
about 14 g of carbohydrates

maybe winstrol with d-bol for 4 week. Is it good for first cycle? stuff like mdrol p-plex methyl 1 p or whatever is not available in this country
