Depends on ur bodyweight, cycle experience. thats quite a heavy dose unless ur say over 200pounds or have a cycle or two under ur belt. standar is prob 20/30/30/30 or 20/30/30/40 or some people do 30mg straight.

take first nolva 24 hrs after last epi pill

Alot does depend on those factors and the Nolva gets dosed the day after your last epi dose most dose nolva at night.
