Xtreme Tren (19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene- 3,17 dione) and P5P

I started taking 100mg ED of P5P 6 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I inreased to 200mg ED.

Today I started taking 60mg ED of Xtreme Tren (19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene- 3,17 dione).

Will the P5P render the Xtreme Tren useless because it is a progestin? I ask because P5P is usually recommended to offset progestin-induced gyno, and I don't know if this effect is localized to the breast area or if it is systemic.

Forgive my ignorance and thanks for your help.

p5p reduces prolactin (which is what the progestins can raise that causes gyno) not progestin directly
