I'm going to be starting a 3 week cycle of M-drol(10/10/20) in a few days and since I want to make the most out of it I was wondering if I should maybe switch up my routine in order to get in more workouts for each muscle during the 3 weeks.
Right now I'm on a 5 day split where each muscle gets worked once a week and I rest for 2 consecutive days. I was thinking of switching to this
Day1: chest triceps
day2: legs shoulders
day3: back biceps
day4: repeat day 1
day5: repeat day 2
day6: repeat day 3
etc, Either no rest days or maybe just 1 each week.
cause of what I'm doing now I'd basically be able to only get in 2 chest workouts during my 3 weeks on cycle because the first workout is on the day I start M-drol so it's not going to make an impact.
