should I change my training routine when I start Superdrol ?

    Red face should I change my training routine when I start Superdrol ?


    I'm going to be starting a 3 week cycle of M-drol(10/10/20) in a few days and since I want to make the most out of it I was wondering if I should maybe switch up my routine in order to get in more workouts for each muscle during the 3 weeks.

    Right now I'm on a 5 day split where each muscle gets worked once a week and I rest for 2 consecutive days. I was thinking of switching to this

    Day1: chest triceps
    day2: legs shoulders
    day3: back biceps
    day4: repeat day 1
    day5: repeat day 2
    day6: repeat day 3
    etc, Either no rest days or maybe just 1 each week.


    cause of what I'm doing now I'd basically be able to only get in 2 chest workouts during my 3 weeks on cycle because the first workout is on the day I start M-drol so it's not going to make an impact.

    I'd switch before and see how it feels in general. Shock is good, but it suck to be constantly tweaking your routine while on.

    I'd go on a seefood diet while on Superdrol. If you see food, you eat it.

    Dido, I went from 162 to 178 on my clean superdrol sea food diet. gaines some fat, but worth the bulk.

    You're doing a 3 day split, I did a 5 day split with good results, 3 might be overdoing it.

    increase volume slightly and food intake by about 500-1000 als depending on metab

    Thanks for the advice guys, although I'm not so sure the seefood diet is for me. I have a monster appetite and I can easily load my self up on completely clean foods, taking in way more calories than I need and just end up gaining fat. I really hate cutting. I think I'll just keep my calorie intake at 500 over my maintenance level, too little ?

    thats good but make sure ur getting enuf carbs, if ur feeling tired thats a good sign to increase complex carb intake.

    SD killed my appetite, I didn't eat enough carbs and got hypoglycemic. If that happens, you may want to invest in a appetite enhancer like Black Hole

    You should hit up Nutraplanet for some bulk Kwick Karb. I didn't mind it as it is difficult to get good carbs through out the day. Mixes well with shakes or Xtend BCAAs.
