Cycle Support for my Havoc Cycle

Hey Guys, quick question... I finally received my Nolva and I am ready to begin my Havoc cycle (which I will log for all to see)... I have Cycle Support and wanted to know if I should pre-load it and if so how long and how much? I was thinking three days at 1 scoop a day? Any suggestions?

I'd go either 5 days at 1 scoop or 3 days at 2 scoops. I personally do the former.

I'd go with at least 5-7 days pre at one scoop. These types of supps seem to have a cumulative affect and this way would give the actives more time to do their thing.

What else do you have for your pct?

Here is my current breakdown:

Cycle Support (5 days prior, so today through saturday)
Havoc, cycle support and liver longer while on

Off: Cycle support, liver longer and Nolva...

Doses are the norm however it is my first so I will nto kick havoc into 40mg... I think I am doing
week 1: 10/10/10/10/20/20/20
week 2: 20
week 3 and 4 30

Those are pretty mild doses, so you might not even need anything for your joints. JMO, but you might even want to bump to 30mg a little sooner if you're looking for some bulk as opposed to just leaning out.

That's not a must though and just a thought to consider come three or four days into week two.

Are you planning on using POST Cycle Support or some other test booster along with your nolva during pct?

I was going to run the cycle support during the post as well.. I spoke with another rep at the company and they told me if I had nolva and ran the cycle support there was no reason to buy post cycle support...

I will bump the dosage up as well...

If you have a SERM a test booster is not necessary, but it's still nice to have one...same goes for a cortisol blocker.
