M-Drol & Sus 250 or P-Plex & Sus250 ???

Hey guys im thinking of trying some Sustanon 250 injectable and wana stack it with a oral but not sure if m-drol or p-plex would be better as that is all i hand. Which one would be better and can anyway think of a good cycle outline for me
