Question length of epi cycle

Starting my next cycle of epi this week and had a question. Which would be less harsh on the body, running lower dose(30mg) for a little longer(5 week cycle) or a higher dose(40) for a little shorter of time(4 week cycle)? I have everything in check right now and just wondering on this subject.
