hey guys just finishing a h/drol cycle my pct is

post cycle support 2 morning 2 at night
6 oxo 4/3/2/1

but wot im wanting 2 know do i spread the 6 oxo caps through the day. or take them all at the same time at night wot it says 2 do.or should i just take pcs in the morn and take 6oxo at nite

You could split them or take them at night.
