gyno or no?: be honest

mine look the same way and ive never used any aas/ph/ds, just kind of puffy nipple? or is there a lump?

what started this paranoid phase I am going through is seeing the video or romano getting gyno done on md.com ...

it didnlt even look to me like he needed it, .

when I flex it is all one solid piece. (left nipple a little softer and bigger) but no lumps..

when I donlt flex i can grab from behing the bipple and it's like a ball.

if you do have gyno it's pretty minimal. nothing to be worried about, but I would def. keep an eye on it.

do you think doing more decline presses (i never do them) would help the look or make the nipple stick out more

also. i was going to do a hemadrol cycle and follow it up with nolvadex 20/20/10/10... What are your thoughts on taking the nolvadex at the same time as the hemadrol at 10mg a day... or even taking an over the counter like nolvadex xt or 6oxo at the same time?

nolvadex xt during... 6oxo afterwards. along with tons of otc liver care products. The only stuff I had access to was over the counter.

BEfore you chastise me i realise the flaw in not taking anything else, but the guy I got it from told me I was overdoing post cycle as is.

since then I have planned ahead and located some real novadex before I started anything. I want to do it properly.

Well.. I won't yell at you. It's awesome that you already know you weren't going about things in the most wise way. For future pct's, I recommend Toremifene.

my pct (if you even want to call it that) recently ended. I finished 6oxo 1 week ago. have 3 more days of testdrive. then all I have left is the liver care products

ok, well once ur pct is over, wait ATLEAST 8 weeks before u start ur next cycle of whatever u choose.

Okay, so no cycle for atleast 8 weeks, and I won't do it until I have a proper post cycle lined up.

but what about for right now. I will finish the test drive, continue with liver products.. anything else beneficial, even over the counter beneficial, i'd rather overdo it. Or should I take the nolvadex?
