    Setting up a PO Box

i know this is probably not the right area to post this but you all know where I am going with this. I am sure it is easy to open up a PO Box, but what do they ask for when you open it? This sounds stupid but will they send notification to my house when something arives? I just don't want my wife to know I have this box open or want any paperwork sent to my house.

    Thanks

Smart guy. What i asked is, is there anyway this can come back to me. The post office doesn't send anything to your house that would tell you to check your PO box or that a package was delivered 3 weeks ago and no one has picked it up. I have to assume when you open a PO (Post Office) box they ask for your address and you show proof of it.

Thanks for the advice though, I had no idea what PO stood for. Reps to you for that one.

They will ask for your home phone number and addy. I have a PO box for my business. Only once did they call my house, and that is when I had an overnight delivery that was late. They called me to let me know it had arrived.

If all your trying to do is not let your wife know what you are buying, its probably secure enough. Not that I condone that, but thats your business.
