Pre-loading from the vial!

How long can one store the goods from a vial in a syringe (pre load them)?

I wouldn't go longer than a few weeks, maybe a month. Depending on the solvent concentration in the gear over time the solvents can soften the rubber in the plunger of the syringe. Why preload?
