i need help
sorry for my ingles!

hi! im going to take winstrol, but i dont know how. the winstrol that i have is 50 mg. it is a pill. how many pills do i have to take ? for a better results do i have to take something else? what can i take to protect my liver? and how to combine with winstrol ? please i need help. im 225 pounds 6,3.
