  1. Thumbs up T-1 Final: The Scale Doesn't Lie


    It's been one week since I started taking t-1 and I decided to weight myself this morning, I was quite pleased...

    Weight on 8/11: 170 lbs.

    Weight on 8/18: 178 lbs.

    I'm well on my way to my goal of 185. Keep in mind that I'm only 5'5" and under 10% BF. I'll post some measurements next week.

  4. Here are my before stats:

    Age: 25
    Years Training: 5
    Height: 5'5"
    Weight: 170
    Waist: 31"
    Arms: 16"
    Chest: 40"
    Thighs: N/A (Will measure next week)
    Calves: N/A (Will measure next week)

    I'm running 3 squirts a day at 6:30 AM, 3:00 PM & 11:00 PM. I plan on using 6-OXO post cycle.

  6. Okay, let me run down my diet for you real fast... I'm doing a gradual increase. I'm at work now so I can't give you an exact breadown due to time, but here's a quick overview...My normal diet is around 3,000 calories. On day one of my cycle I increased to 3,500... day two 3,600... day three 3,700 unit i hit 4,000. I plan on staying at 4,000 until next monday when I'll be weighing in again. If I don't gain another 5 pounds I'll adjust my calories upward from there.

    As far as training goes I normally do 4 days a week, 2 bodyparts a day, 4 different exercises of per bodypart with sets of 12, 10, 8. I could write down my entire routine, but time constraints won't let me here. I've increased my volume since starting and I plan on doing 5 days a week.

    My dieting is my strength so I think I'm cool there, but if anyone has any suggestions for training my ears are open. I do sprints 2x a week to keep bodyfat down, and I also do farmer's walks and other non-traditional strength cardio once a week.

    how many bottles did you use and how is your diet , did you notice any side effects lik lethergy ?

  10. I explained my diet (in brief) in an earlier post. I have two bottles, but will probably only use one until next cycle. The lethargy is definately there, but it's not too bad.
