First cycle, simple and easy

    For a first timer, how would this look:

    Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test E
    14-17: Nolva 40mg/day (longer if levels aren't up to par)

    (I didn't include the support supps.)

    I have been reading as much as I can on PCT for a cycle like this, and there are more opinions than I can count.


  2. give us some stats.. age, height, weight.

  3. I'm 21, 5'9" and 190 pounds at about 9% bodyfat. I have always been more into powerlifting than bodybuilding. Currently hitting 435/245/455.

    If I was you, I'd drop the nolva, assuming you haven't already purchased it (the dose your running isn't right anyway), and pick up some toremifene and run that for pct.

  5. What schedule do you recommend running the toremifene on?
