Now I have found the more cardio & weights I am doing the better I am:squat: & the longer you will train for each day
1 amp every 10 days will give you unbelievable strength but you will found you will crave for more food :hot: is all part of it
& I have try 2 amps before but not every 10 days but now i am trying 2 amps aweek every 10 days but again the food leaves go up & so do the mood swings so if you like bag work pads or boxing, I would do it (it could help you)
