best set/rep whilce ON and pct

  1. best set/rep whilce ON and pct

    i just finshed up 12 weeks of 4x8 and now im doing and 3x15 for legs... but what you guys suggest is the best for mass while "on" ?

  2. When your on, you f*ckin push the weight until you can't push anymore. All while avoiding injury, of course.

  4. I like 6 rep max for multijoint exercises like presses and squats, but higher reps around 8-10 for isolation movements.
