I Need Help Running A P-plex Pulse Cycle

i recently bought p-plex with 6 oxo and a serm on hand..i have been natural up until now so i want to do a pulse(which i hear is the safest way) to see how my body reacts to it.i plan on taking 30 mg of p-plex and 6 oxo everyother day..is there any changes i can make to this pulse cycle??
