Emptying orals

I dont know if someone has asked this yet, but I cant find out anything on it. If someone was to take the powder from the capsule and mix it in with water or something of that nature would the prohormone be more effective that way or should one just keep it in the capsule?

Keep it in the cap. The actives wouldn't dissolve in water anyway.

The gelatin shell dissolves fast in your stomach so it makes no diff.
