i just started taking just cytomel at 25mcgs a day.does it normally make you feel really rundown?this is the first time using this gear and i guess i should of did a little more reasearch
bump. Anything supps you can take to deal with the lethargy? I've upped my water intake a little but damn. Some points im extremely tired. Before i hit the gym i take an ECA. That seems to to get me through the workout with no problems.
im at 37.5mcg right now. tomorrow i bump it to 50mcg. I won't go any higher than that. Today i feel fine but we"ll see what happens later in the afternoon.
