You just gotta understand that if you had looked around AT ALL you would have found that the sides of M-Drol can get pretty bothersome at 30mg let alone 40 and that people see huge gains off of M-Drol with a 3 week cycle looking like this:
Week 1: 10,10,10,10,10,10,10
Week 2: 20,20,20,20,20,20,20
Week 3: 20,20,20,20,20,20,20
you proposed:
Week 1: 30,30,30,30,30,30,30
Week 2: 40,40,40,40,40,40,40
Week 3: 40,40,40,40,40,40,40
Week 4: 40,40,40,10(empty bottle)
So do you kinda see how... well, INSANE your proposal was?
To answer your original question prohormones are a completely different ball game. This isn't like supplementing with creatine, glutamine, or muscletech's new monthly bodybuilding breakthrough supplement(what is it aplodan these days?). You WILL see the results, you don't have to do any special form of training assuming that you are already busting your ass in the gym. Training a body part twice a week is in my opinion doable but i'd try to space them out by atleast 3 days. Good luck with whatever you decide to do, and for christ sakes don't take 40mg of M-Drol haha
