I read about stacking and pulsing and PCTing.
I take 3 caps fish oil daily. A good multi vitamin, an 81 mg aspirin, l-arginine, vitamin C and watch my fat intake. I have been taking formastane *Eform* and have noticed nice strength gains and pretty nice muscle *esthetics.* Anecdotally my libido seems stronger. I have really good nocturnal erections, virtually all night long.
For aging men like me, with still good levels of T what do the guys here take on the whole as their regimen to keep at peak health?
