i am going to run test e @ 600mg a week, but was thinking 400mg of deca a week? I dont know if that would be enough...i weight 206 ATM...

400 works for me, and I'm 215. Your mileage may vary

bump for a dumb question....400 a week but i read ppl do one injection a week and some doing two 200mg which is better any feed back?

more frequent injections holds true for pretty much anything... it stabilizes the hormone levels and thus reduces sides.

Play around with it for a bit, and look at the zig zags on the graphs when you do once a week versus twice. It will also show you when to start your PCT.
