Well, today started my third week of being on t-1 pro. So, I have completed 2 full weeks. This is my first experience with PH, and I'm doing the moderate dosing.
Today was my chest day, so I'll give examples of bench:
I do sets of 10-8-6 reps.
The first two weeks my weight was:
275 x 10
285 x 8
300 x 5
Then today I wasn't sure about what weight to do, so thats way it jumped quite a bit:
280 x 10
295 x 8
315 x 5
My body weight hasn't really gone up. I'm surprised I had a good day, I have been going through so much crap this last couple of weeks.
I moved in with a bunch of guys, after living with my gf for the last year. Friday I lost $140 at the casino (my first time going)...I couldn't resist the greed and ended up losing all my money. Saturday I got drunk because my best friend is moving out of state and we threw him a party. Then saturday my gf broke up with me.
Well, at least the weight room is there for me
