Winny w/ BOLD or another PH

I was thinking of taking Var a little while ago.. but my source recently said he got alot of winny in @ 25mg/tab and he could give me a crazy good deal. I know winny is great for cutting and hardening.. but I need to mostly bulk with a good recomp. For example.. Im 220 at 15% and I wanted to get to 230+ by August. I wanted to run Winny with a PH/PS(non methyl) to bulk up about 8-10lbs and harden up a ton.

Good or bad idea?
