Easiest Way to Get Rid of a Little Gyno

I did an M1T cycle back in the day when I was 19-20 years old and only did 6-OXO afterwards like an idiot instead of nolva or something more appropriate. Well I still have some minor gyno from it and I have tried Lipoderm-ULTRA a transdermal topical fat-burner that seems to help with the issue and I'm currently taking nolva now.

Any recommendations?

Ok so if it was pseudo gyno how do you get rid of that? And if not the answers to his original questions?
