Taurine for M-Drol Back Pump ?

I have some back pump from m-drol , And I have L-taurine in hand, how mutch should I take ?

I think the recommended amount is at least 5 grams a day.

I was doing about 4~6 on non-workout days and about 10 on workout days.

Back pumps weren't bad until the last 2 days of cycle.
