UGH EagleResearch help!!??

I tried to order a couple things and when I got to the 'confirm" page after entering my CC info tha damn page died.

I sent an email to them but it got returned (stupid email)... is there an alternate method to get a hold of them or hopefully dazed will see this thread and give me some advice...
