Hi all.
Even I have read tons of materials I still wander what to choose and need some help.
I have some Epistane, P-plex and M-drol.
I'm considering an 8weeks pulse cycle 3 times week mixing two of them.
PPlex(pre w)/EPI(post w)
PPlex(pre w)/MDrol(post w)
or Mdrol(pre w)/Epi(post w)
doses will not be high coz i never used any ph.I prepared some alpha drive and retain for ph off days too.
Cissus,fish oil,multi,taurine,B3,B5 every day.
My goal is to gain more muscles less strenght.
I'm 30yrs,6ft,172lbs, 11% bodyfat.
Lifting from 2yrs.My schedule at the moment is:
mon-chest,shoulders,tri
wed-back,biceps,calves,abs
fri-chest,shoulders,tri
sat-legs,calves,abs(legs only on sat)
mon-back,biceps,abs
wed-chest,shoulders,tri
and so on....
Though I will tune up my routine a bit during the cycle :)

Which ph combination is better. Any comments and suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks in advance to everyone.
