You can legally purchse them at a pharmacy, 10 at a time (at least in my state and most others), but if you're caught by law enforcement, under the Drug parephenalia law you can get busted for them. The penalty is then stiffened if there is a residue in some old used pins. it's complete bull****, and there are literally like a dozen laws that conflict with this situation. well, this is equally my country. and i care about it just as much as you do, which is why I speak my mind on issues of controversy. that i care enough to point out what I feel is wrong with my country is a sign of my respect and concern for the future of my country.
