Ok here is the run down
45 yrs old
5' 10" 245 lbs (lost 65 lbs at slow steady pace in 3 yrs)
Lifting hard for 3 years
Not sure bf% never had it checked
Diet is now pretty clean for about the last year i will not lie not as clean as a true bodybuilder but here what it consists of
meal1 usually 3 dropped eggs on toast and 2 pancakes
preworkout whey shake 2 scopes 23g per
workout i do 2 days on 1 off 1 body part per day
cardio 4 times a week 30 minutes stair stepper
postworkout wheyshake 2 scope 23g per
meal2a good size portion of turkey breast or oven roasted chicken breast fruits varies
meal3 tuna sub on wheat roll (sorry cannot deal with dry tuna do have mayo) 2 packages of oatmeal
meal4 again oven roasted chicken breast(yummy) or roast turkey or lean steak with potatos and varying veggies
meal5 a sanwich on wheat bread with a healty portion or turkey or tuna or chicken breast
Now here is where i need some advice i did a lot of research on ph/steriods i choose the ph due to the fact some are still legal and i can get them i know injectable gear for the most part is not as harsh on the liver but with it being illegal and not having sources and will not order from some site for 2 reason 1. could be ripped off 2.with that big dea bust it probally is not a good idea anyways.
I decided to go with from what my research i did was 1 the safest(nothing is 100% safe) and 2 a mild ph as this is 1st cycle i choose Havoc because of those reasons. I have done a lot of research on this forum as well as others and boy does the advice some people offer vary greatly i heard that it is so mild do not need support supps during or pct after to it will melt your liver. Anyways after as much info as i could get i am running this way
week1 10mg
week2 20mg(currently doing this 2 more days for week2)
week3 30mg
week4 40mg

i forgot my normal supps whey, cee(stopped during cycle will start pct)fish oil 3 tabs morn 3 tabs night multi vit for men says take2 in a.m. i take 1 morn 1 pm
for pct i have liq nolva(research chem)
will dose as instructed for 4 weeks will continue support supps
Now i read so much varying opinions and this is where i need some help what should i run pct for cortisol and what natty test supp should i use? Sorry post was so long just wanted to give as much info as possible because i see the replies people get when they ask for cycle advice with no info. So far almost done with week2 i am stronger and can lift heavier recovery time is awesome and am starting to see body comp changes slight and muscles are harder as for sides can not say any so far my mood is fine no back pumps libido fine. After this cycle i will decide if there will be another i will consider the pro and cons after the cycle is complete also will get bloodwork done if i decide to do another cycle it would probally be another mild compound such as epi(i understand that epi and havoc are basically the same compound)but will ramp up the odse a little. Thanks again to all for all the info i have got for just reading threads and any help on the cortisol supp and natty test i should run during pct would be great
