I've read about the synergy between anavar and creatine, although I've yet to fully understand it. The irony is that var is more of a cutter while mono bloats you. They seem to be counterproductive to one another.
Exactly how beneficial is mono to var? Does it increase the effectiveness by 20% or 100%? I'd rather leave mono out and avoid the bloat if the synergy isn't that spectacular. Any anecdotal accounts of this?
Also, I'm assuming you can dose var 2x a day with it's 9/10 hour half life, am I right?
