Hi all,
I'm new to this forum but I have been lurking and reading all the articles here for quite a while.
I've been lifting for the last 5 years, and although I've seen quite a bit strength increase I've not gained much bulk. I have tried natural bulking/ cutting cycles and although the diet seem to be right and I trained hard, the gain is mostly in weights I lift, not body mass. So now I wanna give PH a try.
First of all some current stats:
Age 33
Height 5'9
Weight 165lb (I'm very slight...)
Currently benching 265lb
Chest 41.5"
Arm 14"
My goal:
10~12lb lean body mass gain(ie, retained weight after PCT)
43" chest
14.5~15" arm
From reading the general information these goals seem to be attainable?
I have got some original Gaspari Halodrol-50 (last pack of riginal inteh shop I got from). And about to start the cycle in 2 weeks time, here's my plans, please check to see if it's okay
Pre-Loading - 2 weeks before cycle start
Hawthorn berry
Milk thistle
Pre-Loading - 1 weeks before cycle start
Saw palmetto
Cycle Week 1
3000~3500Cal daily intake
Day 1~2 30mg Halodrol for test dose
Day 3~7 50mg Halodrol if no bad reactions
AX Perfect Cycle
Hawthorn berry
Saw palmetto
Cissus
Cycle Week 2~4
3000~3500Cal daily intake
50mg Halodrol
AX Perfect Cycle
Hawthorn berry

Does this plan look okay? I also have a few questions:
1. Is 4 weeks on Halodrol enough or should I try a 6 week cycle?
2. Would AX Trisorbagen be of ny use while on cycle?
3. I will take ZMA in PCT, but can I/ should I take ZMA when on cycle?
4. What about my 'normal' supplement which I take when on natual cycles? Stuff like Creatine Ethyl Ester, Nitric Oxide, NO-Xplode? Are they useful/ safe to take while on H-drol cycle?
5. In PCT, can/ should I take test-booster like iSatori's Isa-Test?
