Rather than just jump into another cycle, I am deciding what to take / not take with Hdrol or OT (very similar). My intiail idea was epistane, perhaps at the end. I am asking for real world data, I can look at these compounds all day and I does'nt tell me much really.
I am 40 have'nt used anything in 3 years, 180, 10% bf. My joints to be honest are a bit tender. I used to fight MMA and am looking at I or 2 more fights.
Goal
at least 185 solid, I won't cry if its more:lol:
have been there before
Probably not consider sdrol or anything "scary"
Pheraplex?
