Diet: relatively clean (not cutting clean, but not horrid) minimum 350g

protien/day. Target 400.

Cycle-related supps:
Milk Thistle: 1g/day
ALA: 1.2g/day
Saw Palmetto: 1.28g/day

Post Cycle:
13 40mg nolva/day
14 150mg clomid/day
15-16 100mg clomid/day
17-18 50mg clomid/day

hilights from the log:
day 5 (4-2): eating is hard, final workout schedule setup.
4-6: 10x10 [email protected] total weight. 10x10 curl @42 lbs
4-7: 10x10 squat 97lbs whole way through, did 1.5 squats (down, up 1/2, down, up) for 5 sets.
4-9: 10x10 crushers @52 lbs, 10x10 SLDL @ 142
4-10 10x10 vertical row @ 77lbs
4-11 3x12 t-bar rows @ 2 plates. funny quote: "you might be on roids if turn your computer on to look at `net porn and then turn it off, eat, and go back to sleep."
5-4: 10x10 dips @ 130. 10x10 curls @ 54lbs. Slight testicular shrinkage noticed.
5-5: 10x10 squats @ 145 (not 1.5 anymore, too hard on lower back with total volume)
5-7: 10x10 skulls at 56. 10x10 SLDL @ 150
journal went to **** at this point, but i kept busting ass and started writing again here.

5-18: 10x10 standing curl @ 62.5 10x10 dips @135.
5-19: 10x10 squat@155.
5-21: 10x10 SLDL @155. 10x10 skulls @ 62.5.
5-22: 10x10 vert row @ 85.
5-23: 10x10 T-bar at 2 plates + 40lbs.
5-25: 10x10 squat @ 165.

That basically concludes the lifting part of my cycle. I have now finished up my post cycle (basically), and I'm clocking in at 220 (see above). I've gone back to a non-gvt lifting routine and I'm putting up weight at the following:
Bench: 185x4 (I used to struggle to get 1 rep at 175 pre cycle).
Squat: 225x4 (I used to get 165x4)
Curl: 92.5x4 (72.5x4 pre)

I haven't really been focusing on lifting, besides basic maintaining lately due to finals, getting sick, hurting my back, and starting to train for boxing to get in better overall shape. I'm very happy with my results, and learned a lot from this cycle, especially about how to make the next ones work even better. Don't let the fact that at the end of my post cycle i'm up "only" 15 lbs heavier. My waist is definitely down, as are a lot of my "trouble areas" when it comes to fat. I was trying to really hit my shoulders this cycle, and I feel they are finally starting to develop in proportion with the rest of me.

The only sides I noticed were an increase in acne, but nothing horrible, and some testicular atrophy. I had about a week of a depressed (by my standards) sex drive around the first week i went to 100mgday.

Things I learned:
Eating is hard, but IT HAS TO BE DONE.
Sleep is very very important.
People notice.... even if they don't say anything.
I love this ****! :D

Sounds like you had a pretty good cycle. How long have you been lifting? And what do you think your total expense for gear and supps ran you for the cycle?
And why such low doses of the T-1 pro for weeks 1-2? Wait let me guess. Leftovers you wanted to burn so you figured youd throw them in as well. Im right arent I? :D

Pics... i'm still a FATASS, forgot to mention that my bf is still around 20%, so **** that until i've dieted down some more.....
EDIT I've been talked into adding pics, soon bros soon.

Lifting (NO **** HERE) since last april, so 1 year since starting.... (NO **** NO **** NO ****)

Gear ran me about 300 bucks, supps another 200 at most, not sure here really. (protien, vitamins, etc).

T1-Pro was leftovers. :D

Sounds like a good run MB! Glad to hear you had positive results. Very informative post. You are not the only one @ 20%bf. I'm about the same bf....stats are diff than yours though.

That was at the end of his cycle and post cycle not after 6 weeks, but an inch is excellent, especially since he leaned out aswell.

Eating is the most important thing. This is the biggest problem that i encounter b/c i have a very small appetite but a very big desire to be bigger. I force myself to eat often sometimes to the point that i feel sick.

I don't have a problem eating..... i just never felt like i had overate, even if i put down 5 full meals and 2-3 shakes a day, it was WIERD!!!!

Hey MB, great log. The details are excellent, looks like the cycle went very, very well! 1" on arms is a damn nice jump, very sweet. :)

The milk thistle, ALA and Saw P are great supps for any androgen cycle (esp with orals and anything 5-a reduced obviously). It's nice to see when guys have all their bases covered. Good ****!!

A few other details I remember from the cycle:
1) Fina does wierd ****.... I leaned out while adding muscle, i got so mad at the scale one day for not going up over a week that I was ready to put my fist through a wall.
2) I didn't really feel "roid rage" but i definitely had the "if he started ****, i could so kill him" type of mentality at work, it was fun :D
3) I found out I enjoy pinning.

diet was:
400g of protien per day (target, always got 350, but tried for 400)
3-4,000 calories.
Good amount of carbs, mostly complex but a few simple.
Low fats, mostly healthy (from flax and fish)

A typical day would look like this:
7:00 Wakeup
7:10 Bowl of cereal (kashi goLean crunch, 9g of protien + milk!)
8:30 Protien shake (water)
10:30 Cottage cheese (~1/6 of the large tubs)
12:00 Sandwich with 50g of protien and spinach leaves
3:00 Protien shake (water)
5:00 Protien Bar
7:30 Normal large dinner
9:30 Protien shake (milk)

Throughout the day I'd snack on beef jerkey and other high-protien sources. It was really hard eatin all this ****, I'm ganna give wardog's protien squares a shot next time I bulk.

I also took in ~2 gallons of water per day outside the water used for protien shakes.

ManBeast, if you don't mind me asking, what's your weight now? The reason I'm asking is that I took about the same stack for 10 weeks, lift about the same weights, I ate just a little more, and weigh about the same as you. I only gained 8 pounds on my cycle then lost 18 pounds in the month after the cycle even with training hard and eating well. I was wondering how much of that 15 pounds you kept after a couple of weeks off.

At this point I'm weighing in around 220 lbs, I really haven't buckled down and dieted, but I plan on starting here soon. When I came off and post-cycled, I ate a FUCKTON so my weight fluctuated between 217.5 and 225 while post-cycling. I was told that eating like you were on while post-cycling is key to maintaining gains, and judging by my results, I'd say it is very important.
