That basically concludes the lifting part of my cycle. I have now finished up my post cycle (basically), and I'm clocking in at 220 (see above). I've gone back to a non-gvt lifting routine and I'm putting up weight at the following:
Bench: 185x4 (I used to struggle to get 1 rep at 175 pre cycle).
Squat: 225x4 (I used to get 165x4)
Curl: 92.5x4 (72.5x4 pre)
I haven't really been focusing on lifting, besides basic maintaining lately due to finals, getting sick, hurting my back, and starting to train for boxing to get in better overall shape. I'm very happy with my results, and learned a lot from this cycle, especially about how to make the next ones work even better. Don't let the fact that at the end of my post cycle i'm up "only" 15 lbs heavier. My waist is definitely down, as are a lot of my "trouble areas" when it comes to fat. I was trying to really hit my shoulders this cycle, and I feel they are finally starting to develop in proportion with the rest of me.
The only sides I noticed were an increase in acne, but nothing horrible, and some testicular atrophy. I had about a week of a depressed (by my standards) sex drive around the first week i went to 100mgday.
Things I learned:
Eating is hard, but IT HAS TO BE DONE.
Sleep is very very important.
People notice.... even if they don't say anything.
