Ast 4-ad

I have searched all around this section for some info on 4-AD and found alot with TD, powders and injection. I know nothing much about this product. I know it converts to test and causes bloat. So if anyone has any info on running 4-ad orally I would greatly appreciate it.

My reason for asking is I plan on using Halodrol again and was reading that it was good stacked with a test product. This is all I could come across to find.
