hey just looking for some idea's for a cycle for the fall/winter...been training off and on for around 10yrs...im 25...6'-4" 225-230lbs around 10% bf give or take...i've been upto 255lbs prrobably 18%bf+ and down to 210 (too skinny then)...anyways ive done a couple cycles of M1T in the past and thats about it other than the regular supp's...was think'n of try'n Tren but would definetly like some input..
