some anabolics are known to have a more profound effect in hardening muscles. is that what you are asking about?

GH is more known for it's skin tightening abilities.

also - skin will naturally tighten up on it's own if you give it time. skin is more elastic the younger you are. that is one reason why gh is popular in the older crowds.

well Im 24 but in high school was fat so I have some loose skin which kills my definition I am about 15-18 percent body fat and about 220 5'11. Even when I get down to like twelve percent body fat I still have the skin. So sorry sound dumb but is gh = growth hormone

yes, gh = growth hormone.

at 24 you should be able to get some good results naturally - but it's not going to happen overnight.

you just need to stay lean for an extended period of time.

remember, it takes pregnant women over a year sometimes for their skin to return back to normal after having a baby.
