i'm pretty big but now i'm looking to get more definition and condition and really bring out my muscles. i'm 23, 6'1, 180 lbs.
i'm not sure what my bodyfat is but if i had to guess i would say it's 14%-16%. i'm looking to get in the 10%-12% range w/o sacrificing any muscle. which stack is the best option?
