I am going to start a cycle of Mass Tabs with a liver supplement. Should I take them even on the days I am not going to workout, or just on the days I lift?
If you've never done it before, it's usually best to take it daily. Start with a half dose and try to work up to a double dose over about a month. Then you have a good feel for the compound and how it effects you. After that, you can stack it, pulse it, or get a little fancier the next time.
