i still have a tester bottle of 3-AD sitting here and was wondering if i should throw it in toward the end of a test cycle i'll be doing in a couple weeks.

It would go well like that! Anti-catabolic effects are amazing with extremely little shutdown potential it seems. Pre-contest or end of cycle/beginning of pct cutting is an excellent application, especially if you employ the proper diet to go with it.
