# weeks to take off havoc cycle

im about to finish a bottle of havoc, how many weeks off do you think i should take, before starting another?

Time on + pct time = time off

Bloodtests would help determine this as well...

You can run havoc upwards to about 8 weeks tops which if you are planning to do another bottle of havoc id just go the 8 weeks then post cycle, which i hope you know what that is
