I remeber my first cycle didn't go over too well when it came to sleep. I needed alot of ambien to get through it.

I know other people must have trouble, especially if you're on tren.

What do you use to get through this? Ambien? Melatonin?

I'd like to prepare myself a little better this time around instead of getting some impromptu ambien.

Come to think of it, injections earlier in the day would be better, right?

I can take 2 benadryl's, 6 grams of meltonin, 500 mg val root, 2 grams powerfull... and sometimes it won't even do anything for me. Although I have found something that works well and is cheap, I forget the chemical name. I'll post it in a min.

Diphenhydramine works pretty well.

I'm thinking of a kava root + diphen + melatonin + powerfull + valerian root combo maybe throw in some xdream for good meassure.

No sleep = no gains...
You would think... :bb3:

I think the strength department is suffering the most. I'm actually maintaining weight (6'0" 250) while looking leaner and harder every day, while only taking in about 2500 clean calories a day. :bb2:
