1-AD and 4AD (yea dont we all wish it was back)

soooooooooo here it is.

I have a buddy that has some 1AD from ergopharm (yea tha good one! lol) and some 4 AD from pro matrix....

I ran that stack a longgggggggg time ago, so i dont remember the right dosages
can anyone help me out here?? lol

and also is the pro matrix 4AD the real deal like the old AST one or any other good ones???
