New Here. Gonna start my first cycle

Whats up ya'll.

Let me give you guys a breakdown of who I am and why i'm here.

I'm 29. Got married 6 years ago way before I should have truth be told, am in the process of getting divorced. Decided with that there needs to be changes made to the way I live my life etc.

When I came into the marriage I was a toothpick. Haha, no joke I was 6'6 maybe 175 lbs with the sunk in face look. I'm now 243Lbs i'm at 17.9% body fat count and have the chuck liddell belly goin on. That and my now round face are the two main things that show. The Chuck belly. .. THAT is my main concern, as a black male with a family that has a history of diabetes I don't want to end up in that realm so I want to start gettin my shyt together. I totally became inactive after I tweaked my knee playing basketball, i'm 100% healthy for the first time in 3 years now. I've been reading or rather lurking the forums for a while piecing together information on what to do next for a few days now and I figured i'd ask around and see what you guys think. I'm basically putty in your hands.

Onto my lifestyle.

I've finally taken this summer and gotten active again, the stress of marriage WAY before I was ready wore me down to the point I didn't care anymore.

Anyhow I now walk/sprint 4 miles in the morning 5 days a week.

I lift 3 times a week. I'm open to any and all lifting routines for a heavyweight guy. I eat pretty clean although I do tend to cheat more often than is maybe nessesary. I don't drink soda anymore and haven't this year. I'm a HUGE fan of baked fish, salmon, tuna etc which i've read are great, so thankfully i'm on course there. .. I think


and finally onto the suppliments.

I have Muscle Milk for my source of protein, I am deciding on a fat burner


I purchased Testanate50 and it arrived today. I want to pack on some muscle mass and harden up, also want to get down to that 7-10% body fat range. What time of day should I be taking it, I don't wanna be up all night. Well not on a sup that is.

Remember i'm a complete newbie, and given what i've told you about myself should I pulse or run it straight through, what other things should I be doing? Again, I am a guy with NO ego, so PLEASE shoot straight with me.

Is the only supp you have experience with Muscle Milk (protein, and too much fat imo)???

Also have you only been lifting since the beginning of summer?

Just trying to get more info here before offering my opinion...

Yeah Muscle Milk is all i've really tried thus far, I had some NO explode creatine and it rarely got used to the point it is now expired and needs to be replaced. seriously Travis you're dealing with a total newb here I hate to say it.

Unfortunately yeah I did the on again off again thing for maybe 3 years i've finally been a gym regular since maybe late april early may.

Honestly man I would suggest continuing your training and if you really want to supplement then try some natural things. There are actually a lot of quality supps out that could help you progress if you want to go that route. But I wouldnt start using Test 50 (which is hormonal if I'm not mistaken) until you have been training consistently for a few years.

Check out the training and nutrition forums (i know they are not the hot spots) and read and post your questions when you cannot find the answers. There is a ton of good info in those forums even though they arent as active as this one...jmho
 
i got nothing against using steroids to accomplish your agenda, but for your own good you should wait until you need them before you use!

You have only been lifting for a few months.

Diet bro, it's all in the diet. You are still in a friggn newbie gain phase, try lifting 5 years straight and then gaining muscle! Thats when u use steroids.
 
Thanks a lot for the words guys, I did a lot of thinking overnight on this. I'mma try cleansing my diet and protein a bit more. Now as far as fat burners am I way off in trying those?
 
In My Opinion Muscle Milk Is A Very Fatty Protien...if Your Tryig To Cut Up You Might Want To Change The Brand...on Gold Standerd Is One Of My Favs... Tastes Great And Mixes Well... As Far As Natural Supps... Try Some Creatine/ Nitric Oxide Supps... I Used These For Over A Year Before I Messed With Any Thing That Even Boosted Your Natural Test Levels... Keep The Diet Clean And The Trips To The Gym Cosistant And You Should Do Well...
