So the shiping info says "Your item was handed over to Customs(UNITED STATES OF AMERICA USSFOA)".

Now does this mean im F'ed in the A, or that its simply going through?

This just happend 24hrs ago.

sounds like you are in US and were receiving a med package via registered courier; and your seeing that on your online tracking..
it's probably gone and you will continue to see that message when you check tracking indefinently..if it does 'go thru' and it is a scheduled med; then signing for it at this point will be very risky as it could be a controlled delivery.. be careful

no way would i sign for that package if it comes... count your loses and move on
