lately ive been getting hit pretty hard with allergies and such. ive been taking clariton and cough meds. taking these meds effect my test and gains an such ?? did chest last night. and been taking cough/allergies meds today. does it effect my gains/recovery ?? Protein Synthesis ?? i remmber reading awhile back that taking alieve and IB after workouts blunts your protein synthesis an such.... =/
